VersiCall provides an easy way of distributing accurate information. In addition, the software will allow university staff to effectively handle the increased call volume expected during a campus wide emergency.

VersiTech's VersiCall provides an informational resource to allow existing staff to be used during an emergency. The software enables:
- Campus security to update emergency response and current status for call staff in different locations to relay to incoming callers.
- Call scripting is tailored to the specific incident which will ensure that a consistent message is always delivered and current procedures are followed.
- Incoming assistance calls may be prioritized for additional follow-up by specific personnel.
